Tara Maucher serves as controller for Ideos Institute, overseeing all of Ideos’ accounting, compliance, and financial and board reporting. She has spent over a decade of her professional career focusing on providing accounting and finance support for non-profits and religious organizations.  

Tara leads a team in accounting and finance at Missionwell LLC, partnering with over 15 non-profit organizations and churches to provide financial guidance and support with audits, budgets, financial analysis and strategy.

Tara holds a BA from the University of San Diego and has worked in the financial and mortgage banking industry for over 20 years. Prior to her role at Missionwell, Tara was the Assistant Vice President for a local mortgage bank, managing the risk and loss mitigation operations. Over the years, Tara has served on two local boards as the fundraising chair and treasurer.
